Lorenza Forcella is a seasoned HR expert with more than 23 years of experience as an HR executive, organization development consultant and executive coach. Her extensive professional background, combined with an undergraduate degree in sociology and business administration (UCLA), a master’s degree in organization development (Pepperdine) and a professional designation in human resources management, make her a leading thought leader on strategic HR consulting, organization design, change management, leadership development and end-to-end talent management.

Lorenza has spent the bulk of her career understanding what people need in an organization, what is required of leadership, and what is most successful in getting results. It all starts with each person bringing their whole self to work, authentically and with vulnerability. Lorenza invites people to think in a different way and helps them tap into their greatness as a leader in their organization, no matter what title they hold. She has also spent many years helping to transform and revolutionize HR departments, a critical function within organizations. She has served Fortune 500 companies, including Credit Suisse First Boston and The Walt Disney Company, as well as mid-market companies in IT, non-profit organizations and government agencies.

After a long tenure in the private sector, Lorenza was compelled to return to her passion for social systems and improving the world at work. She founded Delta Prime Consulting in 2010 as a vehicle to assist organizations in applying effective, actionable leadership disciplines to achieve success. She whole-heartedly believes that tapping into each person’s leadership capability helps to create a culture of motivation, engagement, and overall organization health and success.

Lorenza implements practical solutions to overcome organizations’ challenges and bolster their strengths. She prides herself on an ability to form collaborative partnerships with clients, plan and implement key HR-OD initiatives, and understand the heart of an organization – its people.

She has experience with the Insights Discovery Profile; DISC, FIRO-B, and Thomas-Kilman Conflict instruments; Hay Group 360 coaching instrument certification; and a strong facilitation background in Appreciative Inquiry and The World Café.

She speaks fluent Spanish and Italian, and she has lived in Italy, South America, France, Canada, Mexico and China.
