Monique has more than seven years of experience in human resources, working in the nonprofit and entertainment sectors, including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, HR audits, performance management, and training and development.
Monique strives to help organizations function at a higher level by tapping into potential and building capability. She believes in strengthening the foundation of an organization through process improvement and employee development, while promoting organizational health through improved communication and collaboration.
Monique works extensively with the Insights Discovery Profile, building training and providing coaching to leverage the tool to improve self-awareness, connection, management and team effectiveness.
A Los Angeles native, Monique graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in World Arts and Culture.
